- These are 4-foot hollow dock floats capable of 400 lbs of usable floatation each (620 lb version here)
- You’ll need six for a standard 8’ x 16’ treated wood dock (2×6 framing)
- We calculate our floatation capacity at ¾ submersion (most other manufacturers are advertising FULLY submerged float capacity…which is unrealistic)
- Heavy duty construction thick side walls.
- 40 pounds of plastic
- ¼” (8 mm) thick walls
- Strong enough to drag over the beach in the off-season
- Easy top mount with molded mounting spots in all directions
- Standard color is black and is UV protected
- Durable low density polyethylene material survives Canadian winters
